【隱私權保護政策】

《報導者》更加重視您的隱私權。請您閱讀如下有關隱私權保護现行政策的更好內容。

《報導者》使用您個人資料方式

本新政策涵蓋的內容主要涉及：《報導者》如果處理蒐集或得到的個人資料（主要涉及與您過去应用《報導者》服務相關的資料）。個人資料通常是指借以識別您的身分且未公開的資料，如名称、位置、電子郵件位置或電話號碼。

本隱私權保護政策只適用於《報導者》

本的政策不適用於非《報導者》因此或掌握的司，就说適用於非《報導者》僱用或处理的人。

資料蒐集及使用

在您选用《報導者》線上贊助系統，將會蒐集您的個人資料。含有詢問您的人名、電子郵件详细地址、性別等資料。在您选用当前当前服務時，我們已经還會詢問您的住地、身分證號碼相關資料。您得人身自由選擇有没有提高個人資料給我們，但若当前資料欄位係屬必填欄位者，您若不提高該等資料則無法选用相關的服務。《報導者》也自動阅读並記錄您電腦和瀏覽器上的資料，其中包括 IP位址、twreportercookie中的資料、軟體和硬體屬性及您瀏覽的網頁紀錄。《報導者》蒐集、處理及充分利用個人資料之指定区域意义如下图所示：行銷、客戶服务管理與服務、資訊通訊服務。

依《個人資料保護法》規定，若您就個人資料之提供有請求《報導者》刪除、停止處理或利用之必要時，請來信至 金大發pttptt:[email protected] 。若《報導者》依法負有保存義務或法律另有規定者，不在此限。

資料分享與揭露

必须是為了向您出具您应当求的服務、獲得您的授權，或有如下问责方式，否則《報導者》不會向很多另外的工作者或式關係企業出具您的個人資料，或與之分析：我們向已簽署商业秘密協議書之表达《報導者》執行業務，或與我們相处的有必要信賴的配合夥伴可以出具這些資料。這些公司的的也许 會將您的個人資料用於協助《報導者》就我們和行銷夥伴所可以出具產品及服務的注意事项，與您進行溝通。但這些公司的的無獨立權利分享赚钱這些資料。我們對傳票、法庭运行命令或发律过程进行回應、作为或执行发律權利，或對訴訟上之請求提出者防禦。我們認為為了調查和以防非法经营活動、案发后詐欺、對人身事故健康安全有潛在威脅的狀況、對《報導者》服務條款的違反，或為了對上述内容环境採取應對机制，或民法另有規定，而有不必要每日分享您的個人資料時。

《報導者》不時修訂本政策性。當我們在個人資料的處理面有特大安全事故變更時，會將通知怎么写在我們的網站在張貼告示牌。
